Our journey began with a simple friction: people discover beauty products on Instagram reels but drop off when it’s time to buy. We noticed the gap between “I want this” and “Where do I get it?”, so we built Zynn.ai to bridge it.
Zynn.ai reduces effort for shoppers. Instead of redirecting users to multiple apps and searches, we let them share a reel and receive a ready-to-buy cart. The cart shows options from platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Tira, so users can pick what suits them best, and directly buy it from our platform, which will be further redirected to the respective chosen e-commerce platforms for fulfilment.
We designed a simple flow inside Instagram DMs. The system identifies products using visual, audio, and text signals and returns accurate matches. We’re running a controlled beta in India and expanding access as accuracy improves.
We are building an AI assistant that turns beauty reels into ready-to-buy carts. Once a reel is shared, our system identifies products, checks availability across multiple e-commerce platforms, and returns purchase options in one place. This reduces search time, prevents broken discovery-to-checkout journeys, and supports creators who want to convert interest without sending followers through long funnels.
The core pipeline is live, response quality is improving week by week, and integrations (affiliate links, payment flow, and order tracking) are being rolled out in phases. We are at Beta (limited access) with active pilots, growing SKU coverage, and a public waitlist opening next.
